Ralph Riggs announced his candidacy for the office of Howell County Presiding Commissioner on April 6.

He also served as a board member of the Junction Hill School Board and was a board member of the Howell-Oregon Public Water Supply District.
On the state level, he is a past president of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors, a past president of the Missouri Association of Professional County Surveyors and a past chairman of the Missouri Land Survey Advisory Committee.
