Willow Woman Released for Medical Treatment after DUI Arrest

Autumn Medcalf, 31, of Willow Springs, was airlifted from the scene of a crash on September 2 at 11:10 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Medcalf crossed the center line on Highway 137 six miles north of Willow Springs and hit a tree. There were no passengers in her car, and no other vehicles were involved. She was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and failure to wear a seatbelt. Due to the severity of her injuries, she was released for medical treatment.
