The Losh/Worley Annual Family Reunion

The Losh/Worley Reunion celebrated both our family heritage and America's 250th birthday this year at the Lions Club building.

 

Although names have changed due to marriages the Losh family and descendants of the Losh and Worley families have called Willow Springs home since 1942.

 

Willow Springs was alive with celebration on July 4th as the community enjoyed a morning parade and festivities marking our nation's 250th birthday. The Losh/Worley Family continued a tradition that began in 1975, gathering once again for our 51st annual reunion. The only interruptions in this long-standing tradition came during the COVID pandemic. Over the years, family members have traveled from several states to attend and reconnect with relatives and friends.

As always, there was an abundance of delicious food, including many greatly appreciated desserts provided by family members.

 

In addition to the annual 50/50 drawing, attendees brought items to be auctioned off by our own family auctioneer, Charles Losh. Proceeds from the auction help cover reunion expenses and support benevolent efforts throughout the year.

 

Family members began arriving in mid-morning, and a full day of food, fun, and fellowship was enjoyed by all. As the day came to an end, goodbyes were exchanged with anticipation already building for next year's reunion.
