Aaron Jacob Dunlap, 27, Mountain View, failure to appear. 
Shelton James Collins, 28, West Plains, driving while intoxicated, failure to appear.

October 22

Incidents
October 20
Deputy Rick Fox responded to a call on Sixth Street in West Plains, in reference to an officer needing assistance. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the officer was injured while serving an arrest warrant. The officer was taken to OMC in West Plains for treatment. 
October 21
MODOT contacted the Howell County Sheriff’s Office, reporting that fuel had been stolen from two tractors on State Route CC in West Plains. The investigation continues. 
A verbal domestic was reported at a residence on State Route 137 in Willow Springs. The parties separated for the night.  A statement form was filled out by the victim, and a report was sent to the Howell County Prosecutor. 
A dog disturbance was reported on County Road 6310 in West Plains. A report was taken. 
October 22
A female reported an assault that occurred just outside of West Plains. The incident is under investigation. 
A resident on U.S. Highway 160 in Caulfield discovered property was missing from an outbuilding. The investigation continues.
