Bradley White, 50, Eminence, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; failure to drive on right half of roadway; failure to stop at stop sign; and no turn signal. Cited and released.

Kevin Davis, 56, Willow Springs, four counts of felony possession of a controlled substance; two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Processed and released. 
James Nixon, 22, Springfield, misdemeanor driving while revoked; misdemeanor possession of less than ten grams of marijauna; speeding 6 to 10 mph over; misdemeanor warrant for driving while revoked from Moniteau County; and misdemeanor warrant for misdemeanor possession of marijuana from Moniteau County. Held in Howell County Jail, but was bondable. 
Kyle Napier, 28, Hartville, driving while intoxicated and speeding. Released from Wright County Jail. 
Kyle Baumgaret-Freeze, 23, Van Buren, driving while intoxicated; no seat belt; and speeding. Released from Carter County Sheriff’s Department.
