Officers responded to a report of a gas drive-off at a convenience store on US Highway 60. 
 
 
Calls for Service
February 18
Officer Timothy Gordon responded to a location on Third St. to take a report regarding an assault that occurred in another location. The officer took the information and performed extra patrol in the area. 
Officer Gordon took a report of a suspicious vehicle and advised the reporting party that he would perform extra patrol in the area. 
February 19
Corporal Trenton Roberts was dispatched to Malone’s Motel for a report of a disturbance. The parties were located and trespassed from the property. 
Corporal Roberts investigated an abandoned vehicle on the side of the highway. The vehicle had obvious damage from hitting a deer. Airbags were deployed. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. 
February 20
Officer Gordon responded to the area of Washington and Elm Streets and made contact with a subject who had fallen and possibly had broken a shoulder. The person refused an ambulance and said they intended to walk to the hospital. The officer gave them a ride to the hospital before returning to service. 
Corporal Roberts responded to Parts City to investigate an audible alarm. The building was secure. 
Officer Gordon responded to an address on Fifth St. An intoxicated person was trying to convince the reporting party to let him inside the house. The subject was an ex-spouse. The parties had been separated for a while. The woman requested that the man be removed from the property. The officer gave the man a courtesy ride to the motel for the night. 
February 21
Corporal Roberts went to Belmont St. to provide information to a woman who had questions about harassment.
Corporal Roberts was dispatched to East Sixth St. for a reported disturbance. The officer made contact with both parties, who agreed to separate for the evening.
