Donald E Wages was arrested by Willow Springs police officers for distribution of a controlled substance and patronizing prostitution. 
May 7
911 dispatch requested that an officer call the emergency department at OMC in West Plains about an incident that had occurred earlier in the day at Snappy Mart. 
An abandoned ATV was towed from a location in the woods, south of Bollerjack Road and County Road 5250.

A city employee reported a theft at the golf course. 
A passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation was arrested after a controlled substance was found in the vehicle.

Abbie Kargel was arrested on an active Texas County warrant, paid a cash bond and was released.

Dakota J Sloan was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of certain weapons.  Sloan was placed on a 24-hour hold.
